These terms govern your use of storeXstore. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" means that company.

storeXstore connects to a Magento or Adobe Commerce store that you control and provides tools to manage and generate content for it, audit and update catalog metadata, and run extensions. It is an addition to your store, not a replacement for it. We do not host your storefront and we do not process your customers' orders.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by people you invite to your stores.
• You must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You must be legally able to enter into a contract, and must not be barred from using the service under applicable law.

You keep all rights to your store data and to the content you create with the service. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you — to connect to your store, read and write the records you ask us to, and process your content through the features you use.

You confirm that you are authorised to connect the store you connect, and that the content you submit does not infringe anyone else's rights or break any law.

Some features write to your store. Where a feature does so, the service records what it changed, and metadata changes can be reversed for 90 days. You remain responsible for reviewing changes before applying them in bulk. We are not liable for the commercial consequences of content you chose to publish.

The platform is free: there is no subscription and no transaction fee. AI features are metered in credits. Every store receives a monthly allowance of free credits. Beyond that you may purchase credit packs, or supply your own model provider key, in which case requests are made with your key and billed to you by that provider directly.

• Purchased credits are charged at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred between accounts.
• We may change credit pricing or the free allowance, with notice before the change takes effect.
• Some extensions are paid. Where they are, the price and terms are shown before you install.

AI features generate suggestions. They can be wrong, out of date, or unsuitable for your business, and two runs of the same request may differ. You are responsible for reviewing output before you publish it, and for ensuring published content meets the legal and advertising standards that apply to you. We make no warranty that generated content is accurate, original, or fit for a particular purpose.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to break the law, infringe rights, or publish content you have no right to publish.
• Attempt to access another tenant's data, bypass permission checks, or probe the service's security without written authorisation.
• Circumvent rate limits or credit metering, or resell access to the service as if it were your own.
• Upload malicious code, or use the service to distribute it.
• Generate content at a scale or in a manner designed to manipulate search rankings in breach of a search engine's published policies.

Extensions run in a sandbox and may be published by us or by third parties. Where an extension is published by a third party, your use of it is also subject to that publisher's terms, and they are responsible for it. Installing an extension grants it the access described at install time.

We work to keep the service available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can. The service is nonetheless provided on an "as available" basis, and depends on third parties including your own store, your hosting, and model providers. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, if your use threatens the security or stability of the service, or if we are required to by law. Where circumstances allow, we will give you notice and an opportunity to put the breach right first.

On termination, your right to use the service ends. Data is deleted or anonymised as described in the Privacy Policy. Export what you need before you close your account.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss of data, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will update the date at the top of this page and give notice by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
